Press keep warm after presets choosing, kettle will heat up and keep warm at target temp. 4. Press "thermometer" icon to choose presets, press & hold it 3s for switching to ±1℉ mode. Press & Hold 3s on "+ -" icon for switch ±5℉ adjustment.
